The Himalayan tradition of Yoga meditation combines the wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga sutras, practices of tantra and other oral instructions and initiatory experiences. Himalayan teachings are unique and authentic as it is shared from sages. Teaching includes: Purification of thoughts, asanas,mindfulness, breath awareness, pratyahara, japa, shavasana, dharana, dhyana/ meditation.
